Cancellation Policy

• Chalet Suites, Bungalow Suites & Grand Suites
  • Cancel 7 days prior to date of arrival to receive deposit back, less a $20 fee per night.
  • Any cancellation within the last 7 days prior to reservation will result in a forfeiture of the first nights deposit.

• Rest of the Rooms:
  • Cancel 3 days prior to date of arrival to receive deposit back, less a $10 cancel fee per night.
  • Any cancellation with-in the last 72 hours prior to reservation will result in a forfeiture of the first nights deposit.

Any cancellation upon arrival will forfeit their first nights deposit, plus a $50 fee for all additional nights. If guest would choose to cancel additional nights after check-in they would forfeit the entire room balance.
